She gave up her panache,
Her hair, she doesn't wash,
They shed off every time she touch them,
The chemo blessed her this gem,
Her nose bleeds as soon as she gasps,
But for her children, she refuses to rest,
So what my hair aren't anymore?
So what I won't live long?
I still can be alive,
I still can fight,
She wages a war,
Against cancer, for her rapport,
With life, being a wife,
For her kids, For their dreams,
She gathers up her courage and fight with all her might,
Her rage, against the dying of light,
Defeats the darkness,
And the light stays with her till the end of time,
That's how a warrior wins a war,
That's what love can do,
Kill a living soul,
Resurrect a dead and make them sit on throne.
