I cried today
I was kickboxing, doing EMOMs and I didn't finish in one minute. I started to cry and couldn't explain it. I ran to the bathroom and tried to calm myself down.
It's just a workout, look at all the things you CAN do, you are still making progress by working hard for 1 minute even if you dont finish.
It didn't help me feel better even though I was talking positively to myself. But if someone else said the things to me, would I feel differently?
