    Beauty Routine

    ·Take a luke warm shower every day (too hot of a shower is bad for your skin)
    ·Wash your face
    ·Take all makeup off
    ·Get at least 7-12 hours of sleep(Using a noise maker full of natural sounds helps and so does music)
    ·Have at least a 20 minute workout
    ·Drink plenty of water
    ·Moisturize
    ·Yoga
    ·Do a face mask
    ·Take a bath (A detox or a bath with bath salt works best)
    ·Clip, clean, file, and polish your nails
