His Touch Makes The Difference (Part 5)

    Isaiah 6:7

    Olanrewaju Abraham Sule

Isaiah 6: 7."With it he touched my mouth and said, "See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for."(NIV)

Know that those who leave everything in God's hand will eventually see God's Hand in everything.

Isaiah's vision of God's glory made him to surrender His totality to the maker of heaven and earth for cleaning, sanctification and rededication.

"In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord "(Is 6:1). Something must died in us to be able to see God. Pride, Unrighteousness, greed, covetousness, lying, and every form of sin must die.

Once this happens and we are conscious of it, our eyes will always behold the holiness of God."One cried unto another and said, Holy, Holy, Holy is the LORD of Hosts :the whole earth is full of His glory (Is 6:3)

When we behold the holiness of God we see our unworthiness. We see our sinfulness and unrighteousness. Hence the need to be purged, touched and cleansed by our maker

Isaiah cursed himself (Is 6:5).But the LORD touched the unclean lips of Isaiah (Is 6:7) and he experienced a difference.

The Lord will touch that part of our body and He will use us for His glory
