    Usually when I sit down
The kids walk away and frown
    Carrying away their food,
    Leaving me to my own.
    So finally I realize
    I need to socialize
Every meal I eat needs a friend
And to find one is my goal.
As lunch begins I sit with Mrs. Schumer
Who claims she heard a rumor
    About how great grades are
    So I sit and talk
And I notice her hand on mine
So I leave as quick as I can
    Not enjoy my teachers hand
    And eat lunch alone
    Like every single day.
