NCB ने अपनी वार्षिक Report में बताया है
कि भारत के 150 करोड़ लोग नशा करते हैं
'उम्मीदों के अफ़ीम का नशा' इसे सांसद में तैयार
करके लाल किले से क्रमबद्ध तरीके से बांटा जाता है।
इस वर्ष Covid 19 के कारण विदेशी सहायता लेनी पड़ी
French Rafale jet से पूरे देश में वितरण हुआ
हर कोई इसका सेवन करता है इसके प्रभाव में आने से
उच्च श्रेणी के लोग ख़ुश रहते है,
मध्यम वर्गीय ख़ामोश हो जाता है
और निम्न श्रेणी के बारे में आप जान कर ही क्या कीजिएगा।
इसका कम मात्रा में सेवन करने से लोग प्रेमी
और अधिक सेवन करने के व्यक्ति कवि बन जाता है।

वो जो क़ाफ़िला था बहारों का,तेरे घर पे आके है रूक गया

एक बांस पे लटका बैग
उसको धर कांधे पे चलता
एक पथिक से पूछा किसी ने
Lockdown में भी निकले हो
कुछ तो बात रही होगी
यूँ ठहर गयी दो बोझिल आँखे
मंथन कर फिर कहा पथिक ने
यह बैग नही, शव लोकतंत्र का
एक बांस कि अर्थी है ये
गली गली हर ग्राम शहर में
ढूंढ रहा था परिचित इसका
कोई नहीं जब आगे आया
तब जाकर में चला अकेला
एक बांस कि अर्थी लेकर

बर्फ़ का गोला,आग की लपटे
दिन का शोर,रात खमोशी
जिस्म सफ़ेदी,मन का चोर
शून्य की सेना,शून्य विजय है

मीठे काजू, सूखी रोटी
सेठ का बंगला, झोपड़ पट्टी
नंगी सड़के,कोमल शय्या
खोटा सिक्का,नोट हज़ारी

अस्थि का मटका, गंगा पानी
दिल कि धड़कन, शव की सांसे
मय में लिप्त, गीता का सार
पुस्तक मोटी झूठा ज्ञान
जीवन गाड़ी,मौत की पटरी

माँ के हाथ की
*माँ के हाथ की रोटी ला दो*
घर आंगन से दूर रहे जो
हालत से मजबूर रहे जो
ऑफिस कॉलेज से जो थक के आए
सिर्फ इतना ही वो बस चाहे
माँ के हाथ की रोटी ला दो
छोटे छोटे कमरों में रहना
दिल में जो भी कुछ ना कहना
कभी कभी कोई शहर में आए
दूर गांव कि खुशबू लाए
उनको ही सब दर्द सुनाए
माँ के हाथ की रोटी ला दो
एक हाथ से आटा गूंथे
एक हाथ से आसूं पोछे
मुंह में कोई स्वाद ना आए
दाल का छोंका भी जल जाए
हम लड़के बस इतना चाहें
माँ के हाथ की रोटी ला दो
किसी रोज़ को शाम ढले जब
बिछड़े सारे यार मिले जब
बहुत देर मंथन करने पर
सबके मन में प्रश्न ये आए
restaurant से क्या क्या मंगवाएं
माँ के हाथ की रोटी ला दो...

मिल जाएगा
मन व्याकुल है, मौन हृदय है,उसका हल मिल जाएगा
नयन सदा ही जिसको खोजे आज या कल मिल जाएगा
जिस मंदिर में,मैं जाता हूँ, वो भी एक दिन आ जाए
पुण्य किया जो अबतक मैने उसका फल मिल जाएगा

Amature thougths/ bs yun hi
Jis bhi hasina se ki hai mohabbat wo toh humse khafa hi nhi hai,
Agar aisa hi chalta rha doston, lagega ki kuch bhi hua hi nhi hai,
Mujhe sahayri ka tajurba hai bs inta
Lab tak hi rahe wo, kalam ko toh usne chua hi nhi hai.

लगता क्या है?
अंधेरे कमरे के बाहर रोशनी होगी, लगता तो है
उसके जाने के बाद खलबली होगी, लगता तो है
एक उम्र के बाद नही आता है मिलने कोई
घर उसके,हर एक दीवार बोलती होगी,लगता तो है
देखा मयख़ाने में और हाल पूछे बिना चली गई
वो ना,ज़रूर एक अजनबी होगी, लगता तो है
एक उम्मीद का दरिया था सब प्यास बुझा आए
उसी दरिया में अब खुदकुशी होगी,लगता तो है
कमज़र्फों को भी जाना है जन्नत मौत के बाद
शायद वहीं कोई गड़बड़ी होगी, लगता तो है

तुकबंदी
हो गई है मोहब्बत उनसे,क्या इतने बुरे है वो
करूँ उनकी ही शिक़ायत उनसे,क्या इतने बुरे है वो
सबको गले लगाते हैं, हाथ मिला लूं क्या ?
मैं भी करूँ अदावत उनसे,क्या इतने बुरे है वो
ख़्वाब आ जाते है नींद भी लेकिन आना चाहे
मांगें मगर इजाज़त उनसे,क्या इतने बुरे है वो
मौत को एक दिन आना होगा, मालूम है
जाँ की करूँ हिफ़ाज़त उनसे,क्या इतने बुरे है वो
बातें सारी हो जाती है नज़रें नही मिलाते हो
कैसी है ये ग़ैरत उनसे,क्या इतने बुरे है वो

आस है सबसे
नदी तालाब सूखें हैं,ये कैसी गर्मी है सोचो
सब ख़ामोश बैठे है बहुत बेशर्मी है, सोचो
डायनासोरों के जैसे रहे नदियाँ किताबों में
क्या हो महबूब के बदले रहे पानी जो ख़्वाबों में
पैसों से मिलेगी बूंदे तो कितना कमाओगे
बुज़ुर्गो को या खुद को या कि बच्चों को पिलाओगे
रंग बदलेगा गिरगिट का वही आघात फिर होगा
कयामत भूल जाएंगे कि जब बरसात फिर होगा
ये मंज़र दूर लगता हो मगर ये पास है सबसे
जाहिल लोग बदलेंगे यही तो आस है सबसे

"It's okay!

.
It's okay if you are lying on your bed right now, staring blankly at the ceiling, about to cry. I know you're scared. You're scared because you think you're never good enough. You're scared because you see other people of your age already doing well and you're not even halfway there. You're scared because you think about what others will say about you. You're scared to end up failing. You are scared and I understand.
But let me tell you this: you'll make it. I swear, you will.
So if you feel like crying right now, it's okay, go ahead and cry. It's okay to feel lost. You will eventually find your way out. It's okay if right now you feel like you're not the person you supposed to be because I know that you'll figure it out one day.
It's okay if you feel like you've let yourself and the people you love down a lot of times already. One day, after all of the trials and errors and breakdowns, you'll finally make it. And you'll see that the people who love you never lost their faith in you.
Please. Right now, as your are -- I am asking you to not give up. Your heart may feel heavy and your mind may have thousands of thoughts inside, but you've to keep going. You have to, no matter how scary and much of a struggle it may be.
I am proud that you found the strength to read this because this means that you're trying to tell yourself that you can do this through all of these words. So if there are times that you feel like you're about to just turn around and give it all up, remember this: you are not a failure. You are on your way. You are on your way.

शाम हो गयी..
ख़ामोशी में दिन गुज़र गया, इज़हार में शाम हो गयी..
तुने रोका मैं भी ठहर गया, बाज़ार में शाम हो गयी..
जंतर-मंतर, भुल-भुलैया क्या कहूँ तेरी आँखों को..
जब भी मिली मेरी नज़र से, तक़रार में शाम हो गयी..
तुमने कहा मैंने सुना दिल की बात आँखों आँखों हुई..
लब कुछ भी ना बोले हमारे,इक़रार में शाम हो गयी..
हम बैठे रहे आँख पसारे राह पर नज़रें दौड़ाते रहे..
कभी कभी ऐसा हुआ कि, इंतज़ार में शाम हो गयी..
ना हमें पता चला 'चन्दन' ना उन्हें ही लगी ख़बर कोई..
हम डूबे रहे सूरज डलता रहा, प्यार में शाम हो गयी..

पीड़ा के भाव कुछ ऐसे होते हैं जिसमें शब्द भले ही साथ त्याग दें किंतु मौन के बिलखते भाव सदैव पुकारते हैं उसे जो उसे इस पंक में धँसने से निकाल सके।।
क्रंदन न भी हो तो दुखस्वप्न कराहते हैं और इंद्रियां शिथिल होकर प्रतीक्षारत रहती हैं यह जानने को कि संबल अथवा अंतक कौन प्रथम आयेगा उससे मिलने?
बस इतने ही भाव हैं!!!

जब शोकाग्नि उन्माद करे,
अंतःकरण कोने में विषाद करे।
कर्म का होवे जो भान तनिक,
आत्मग्लानि निर्जीव आशा का
अर्धपूरित सिंचन करती हैं।
मनुज देख़ तेरी! पीड़ायें आवाह्न करती हैं।
नेत्रों से न केवल अश्रुधार बहे,
रोम-रोम तड़प क्रंदन सा करे।
विरह क्षोभ न सह पाये पीड़ित,
मार्मिकता स्वविवेक संग बहकर
पुनः जीवन मंथन करती है।
मनुज देख़ तेरी! पीड़ायें आवाह्न करती हैं।
शनैः अमर्यादित पदचाप बढ़े,
विश्वास छुपकर आघात करे।
दुरूह बंजर सी लागे मनभूमि,
प्रीत मूक ताके जब अगन देह की
विकृत स्वर गुंजन करती है।
मनुज देख़ तेरी! पीड़ायें आवाह्न करती हैं।
है क्षीण काया अतृप्त प्राण,
अंतिम श्वांस का मधुर गान।
श्वेत चादर में लिपटी मोह महक,
चिताग्नि से मिलती मैली मुक्ति को
छूकर पावन चंदन करती है।
मनुज देख़ तेरी! पीड़ायें आवाह्न करती हैं।

अख़बार
कभी अख़बार ख़बरें बेचता था,
आज अख़बार खुद ही बिक गया है।
खबरदार हो जाएं खबर लाने वाले,
सच कहोगे तो, गोली पर नाम लीखा गया है।
