But if severe case,
It can show you Death's address.

First tension, then stressed
Finally Depression...
If yet ignored,
You will face the consequences.

Study, financial, relationship
or Work stress...
Makes you Depressed!

Stress in brain, these days
Is as common as,
Phone in every hand!!!

Although stressed many still,
Have a smiling face!

When in stress , don't ignore
It will make you .....
Suffer much more...!!

If depressed, go to a therapist
It will just cost you money,
But not your life my honey!!

��NOT JUST A POST��

1. MOVIES:
Tollywood is becoming Bollywood and bollywood
is trying to be Hollywood and in this race the
costumes of actresses are shortening day by day
And unfortunately it influence in (wrong path) us
'the youth'. Celebrities and models ( female) are
more eager to show off their bodies. And the
cinema consists of 4 matter ( love, sex, deceit and
revenge). Due to which people get into relations.

2. DOCTORS AND NURSES: (GREEDY)
Just for making money the greedy ones
determines the sex of a baby in the womb (by
amniotic fluid). Due to which the girl child is
aborted because of pear pressure. And therefore
causes the disturbance in the sex ratio.

3. SOCIETY:
Girls are taught to be quiet and be in limits, but no
one tells the boys their limit. Boys are taught not to
cry while they should be taught to not to make any
girl weep but to wipe someone's tears.

लड़की को लड़की बने रहने दो, बहन ना सही इज़्ज़त समझो।
लड़के को लड़का बने रहने दो, भाई ना सही रक्षक समझो।

4. GOVERNMENT:
Women's does not require to be empowered they
just need to make aware about their power and
capabilities.
Men's are required to be empowered not
physically but mentally .
According to me, the decision should be of shoot
at sight for the criminals (rapists). They don't have
right to live a single second.

5.GIRLS:
They (33% girls) just want to be cool, modern and whatever it is. They just want name, fame, money, for which they do stupidity and get indulged in dance bars, prostitution and what not. Easily believe the boys (not men) and share bed and then abort the child... So be modern with mind not body.

Kudrat ne bhi apne upper dhyan dena suru kar diya
Insano ki galati ka jawab khud se dena suru kar diya
Insano ne humesha Kudrat ko chheda he
Apne fayede ke liye sb kuch barbad karna suru kar diya
Phir bhi man na bhara to bhagwan ko batna suru kar diya
Ise dekh upper se khud bagwan ne rona suru kar diya
Tab samay aya kudrat ne badla lena suru kar diya
Abhi to suru kiya he baki abhi bhut kuch he
Abhi to ek sipahi bheja he sena abhi baki he
Samay he abhi bhi man jao yaaro
abhi to corona he warna bad me sabko rona he

A Plea to a Doctor

Many people have been reduced to penury these days and their lives have become one of misery.

0ne such stricken man implores a doctor to help him out from his predicament.

A Plea to a Doctor

O! dear doctor of medicine,
Maybe because of my past sin,
I am afflicted with this disease
Which has stolen my mental peace.

I am now standing at your door,
A man who is aged fifty-four,
Worried and seeking your aid;
I hope it is not Covid.

As one who was doing small business
And now in financial distress,
I make this appeal to you,
Hoping you will give consideration due.

My sons are still at college
Whose fees I have to manage,
My daughter is soon to be engaged
When floral garlands will be exchanged.

Many months ago I had to shut shop,
As sales had begun to drop,
While I was looking for a job to earn,
I was reminded of the growing downturn.

It was at this crucial stage,
When I was losing my courage,
My health became an issue
And I had to rush to you.

I seek some concession from you,
Please take my condition into view,
Charge me the least you can
But not according to a package plan.

I am ignorant of Hippocratic art
Which you have mastered on your part,
Please let me know what ails me
And charge me a concessional fee.

Part-time jobs my sons do now,
Which some money on us does endow,
Our daily needs are barely met
From the paltry sums my sons get.

I have to borrow to pay you,
At present I have no clue
As to how I will repay the loan,
Any delay the lender will not condone.

Since you are to Hippocratic oath bound,
It will surely to your credit redound
If you will help this helpless soul
To become disease-free and whole.

I shall be grateful to you for ever
If you could extend me this favour,
My prayers will be for your welfare
For saving me and my family from despair.
