Discrimination has been around for centuries and even though there have been many improvements in the way society deals with discrimination, we still have a very long way to go. Parents, teachers, students - every one need to be more open about homosexuality and there should also be an understanding that being part of LGBT is perfectly fine as long as they are happy, we should be too.
Nearly half of all LGBTs have said that they have been teased or put down by family members. With such negative feelings being thrown around into their faces, you can only imagine how discrimination grows and the pain leaves scars on innocent people. Judging someone because of their sexual orientation is no different from judging someone because of their color. I mean, we are taught not to judge people because of their race or origin; we grow up learning and practicing it. Let us not victimize others because they're unique. It's not fair because love is love and we are all human.
To be in yourself is the best thing to do in order to enjoy life. It's not a mistake that you were born different. You have the right to live in the world peacefully, to have a normal and happy life. Prove them that you are worthy to be in this society and prove them that you are not a burden rather than a person who's worth it. Accept your differences, embrace your uniqueness and let the world show how grateful and brave you are to show the real you and the best in you. Because on the other hand, we were born way much more different from others. Be strong to accept rejections, be brave to face consequences, have courage to overcome such difficult circumstances, let fear comes in your way and be glad to gain success, be delightful to accept compliments, be humble whenever you achieve more and be enlighten enough to see positivity in everything.
Remember that you are unique. You are beautiful. You are worthy. You are loved. Don't be afraid to show off your true colors.❤
Sometimes being in a relationship could transform you into a different person. Maybe it depends on how you handle your commitment with your partner.
You could be happy and fortunate if you're one, out of the million people who luckily found the right one. Or be badly broken and feel the last of pain for a long time, if your heart point out the wrong person. #love#inspiration#thoughts#life
