Friendship, we all take this for granted. It's not something that you are dragged into, it's not something that you just say to it just for the sake of it, it not something you give in just because you have nothing else to do. It's something that you commit to. Friendship is not determined by the number of years you have been with him/her, it's not determined by the race, or cast you both belong to. You know when we dig deep, into this "Friendship" you will be amazed to see the deep roots it holds. "A true friend sees your first tear drop, and stops the second ", friendship it's just not something you say or take in just for the name. for me, Friendship is a relationship of mutual affection between people. It is a stronger form of interpersonal bond than an association, A true friend is one who admires a person's skill and helps or encourages them to make the right choices, and supports you. I've seen childhood friends grow apart, I've seen friendships break out of arguments and fights, I've seen friendships loose touch and forgotten. A true friend can be an, old friend, parents, your siblings, cousin's, a teacher or a student, a true friend can be anyone, found in all shapes and sizes. Make it out, a true friend would go through everything with you, a true friend would be there to listen to your silly problems, laugh at your jokes, and would always be there for you no matter what, the situation would be, where as, what I call a " self -beneficial friend" would be with you during the day and would go un-noticed when the sun sets, he/she would feed on your aid and would resent you and your problems during your hard times.think over it everyone has one. A true friend would love you unconditionally even after a fight, would check up on you time to time, and would walk besides you through every battle you face. Think over it are you just friends, for the sake of it?. If you have a true friend never let that friend of yours go, keep him/her close to you, its rare to find a friend, most importantly it's hard to find a true friend. Think over it.©Charles Yhome.
I feel like I'm trying to breathe life into dead leaf's
This chapter of my life I call it "Holding in pain at my breaking point"©Charles Yhome.
I'm someone who gets easily attached to things, and in the end it always leaves me broken, so now I've learned to put my act together and be stone-cold, dont mind me.©Charles Yhome
Being a Gentleman
Be a gentleman, not by the gold chains you wear, but by the heart of gold made.Be gentleman, not by the fist you throwBut by the right words you speak.Be a gentleman, not by the way you haulBut by the way you smileBe a gentleman not by the way you show off your parents riches But by the way you earn your own fortuneBe a gentleman not by the way you play a woman. But by the way you treat her, treat her right the way she deserves to be treated.A gentleman, to pull back her chair, a gentleman to make her worth more that she deserve everyday, and in the end an kiss on the head goodnight.©Charles Yhome.
Hope's that reaches the sky, a new beginning.
It's a new dayA new dawnA new lifeA new awakening A new beginning A new hope and A new prayerThis year's resolution... to be a better version of myself a better me, hammer down my flaws, and mould my character, value life, fight wrong from right, learn from my mistakes, work hard to achieve my goals, spend time with my loved ones.©Charles Yhome.
Though it sounds silly,I would always carry an extra mint handkerchief, to lend, it to her when she cries.
A humble expression, never untroubled;A caring perfection, never controlled,A decent face that loves you right. And walks you home late at night; The way he pulls back your chair, and opens the door for you. That mark's a gentleman, not by the name nor by the cut of his suit-But by the content of his character,That marks a man a true gentleman. A man who reminds you of your beauty; And treats you consistently like a ruby.A man who attracts the attention of many; But has his eyes fixed, at best on his lady.He drops you home late at night; And on your head a kiss goodnight towards the end. What makes a guy a gentleman; Is the way he offers you his coat,And the way he stares at you in desire. His time for you he will devote; That marks a man a true gentleman. ©Charles Yhome.
Hope's that reaches the blue sky;Hope's that Mark's my being with an perennial dye.Hope's that leaves me vulnerable out in the cold;Hope's that no one cares to ask my view to fold.Thousand eyes that rests, high hope's on me;Leaves me puzzled without an aim to be.Hope's that I'm not sure of-Hope's that I'm scared of-Hope's that leaves me to think.Hope's that kills me at the brink.Cant I pave my own yellow brick road?Cant I go to where the breeze takes me to?A weight that stays the same;My fate written by someone else that's been framed.I'm set to fly but my wings are chained-Failed efforts now leaves me drained. ©Charles Yhome.
