Fight with your emotions.
I often wonder how to describe emotions because it always keeps on changing as situation wants to.
Sometimes it is really difficult to tackle with those emotions.
Feeling joy and happiness are very acceptable emotions by everyone.It gives satisfaction when you feel happy about anything in your life.This is my favourite emotion it relaxes our mind and make us free from sorrow and also the stress which is caused due to other emotions like anger,fear,etc. Sets it free….Everyone crave for joy only,and I am sure nobody in this world denies to accept this emotion. So always be happy and keep smiling and spread happiness.
This emotion makes things worse and makes us to take wrong decisions in life.I am talking about anger,this emotion is the highly unacceptable by everyone,even the peron who is angry and also the person who is the victim of that anger. And the person who is in anger forgets about the consequences which will occur after it cools down.So as I see anger is a negative emotion for both the party and its harmful..As we don’t realize when that emotion begins to harm our mind with all the negative thoughts.
It can cause stress,anxiety,etc. I feel we have to control over such emotions if we try to but many a times we loose control and end up in doing something terrible which afterwards makes us feel guilty.
Though sometimes anger releases all stuffed frustration which you have but for releasing that frustration we can use some other way which will not harm anyone and especially not you.So let’s not allow anger to make you any mistake which you regret afterwards.So be calm and keep control on this emotion.
One more emotion which shows our hidden feeling of getting scared or making us feel frightened…Fear can be of many types like it shows our discomfort about the situation and also our disability of solving any situation.At work place sometimes we are afraid of getting fired because of inflation,that is also one kind of fear.Fear of loosing something or someone.
Fear also occurs when we have phobia of anything like height, darkness,etc. Its difficult to fight with such situations,we don’t feel comfortable about doing any of that.But it is very important to fight with that fear to overcome.
Fear for me is also like looking at blood,it scares me, gives me sleepless nights and also bad dreams so this is also a fear with a horror touch in it.
So as we can see fear has many names which we call regularly like frighten,scare,afraid,etc.all these are brothers and sisters of fear…We can say family.So do not allow this family to attack you,always try to fight back with a smile and happiness. You can scare fear with happiness.So keep smiling and don’t let yourself fall in any trouble because of useless fear.
Emotions are endless but they are all inter connected to each other.Like you can fight sadness with happiness.In my opinion happiness is the best cure of all other negative emotions.
If I talk about one more emotion that is Sad, it is also known as sorrow.I personally don’t like this one I guess no one likes it…It makes a beautiful day into a worst one,also it affects the people around you who cares for you,they also get stress by looking at your sad face.So I think we should always avoid this emotion and try to be happy always and think positive.I know sometimes it is not easy to let go such emotions but it will affect us only so we better try to think positive always.
Positive thoughts are best to fight with such negative emotions..So be positive, love yourself,spread happiness,fight with your phobia,control your anger,meditate,enjoy your hobby. All these will definitely make you a better person mentally as well as physically. And most important it will keep away the stress otherwise it causes depression which will make your life terrible which I know no one will want in his or her life.
So finally I conclude my thinking on emotions by requesting you to be happy always and fight with those negative vibes with positive vibes..You will see the change in yourself… Enjoy every moment of your life ,always love your loved ones,be thankful for this life, once again Stay happy spread love.
