Orion was shouting like a lion
Claiming to be always there for me
Venus being the shiny one
Alluring everyone there including me
My oh my !
If only you could see the light
It was brightest in the sky
Leaving all of us starstruck
Venus was flaunting her beauty,
Even the moon couldn't stop staring
Seeing her dancing like a goddess we were left awestruck
And forgot the purpose of our meeting!

Orion....
No moon rose that night. I walked on the tracks, cold and chill, in displeased gusts of wind that slapped and whipped and pushed, and did more to keep me restless than the events of the day could do to exhaust me. One fact about that night can never be denied Orion, the starry heroe of one-million human nights, marched over my heads. Even millions and millions of light years never stopped those stars above me to shine so bright and beautiful....

The Star Named Mercy
You used to have your favourite star
In the constellation of orion.
You named her Mercy.
You used to say 'when I am gone, look up there and you will find me.'
I have lost my sight.
But I still come around here;
By this river where we used to stand hand in hand,
And look up to the sky to find Mercy.
I cannot see but I know
She is burning brighter than ever.

He always watched my dad cook.
He used to rock me to sleep.
He used to show me the stars and convinced that they could be seized.
He would then tell me anecdotes with reminiscent gleam in his eyes.
One day he took my hand with exquisite courtesy and walked me to the park.
And then he shone like a lamp when my path went dark.
He took me to the light when the world didn't seem right.
And then he would rock me to sleep again. Saying, "Find a way to believe in your dreams"
After all he used to watch my dad cook.
He said," come to me I'll show you the sun."
But my grandpa's footsteps were so quiet that I barely heard him leave...

Orion's belt has always
Mystified me
It beckoned and tempted and enticed my soul
Like a carrot on a stick
Who is it calling to me from there?
Across time's flat circle
That spiral round and round and then here we are right next to each other all along
A string of quantum theories
Played like a symphony
And I think its just me up there on that burning fire belt of frequencies
I think I'm calling to myself to see
Recognize
That we are all unique points of light and music
One and the same.
And we've been here and there and everywhere
At all moments
Always.
Its comforting to know
I'd still take the time to say hello
To myself from so far and yet so close.
Maybe I'll take some time
To learn to read our night sky.

Orion hunts across the night sky,
Cygnus learns to swan dive,
Leo's roar is heard far away.
Draco plays near the ray's of the sun,
Pegasus swoops and soars along the milky-way,
I want to play and fly among the star's one day.

Snowy Starlights
Stars no matter who or how far
So many facts, theories, stories of what is beyond that we cannot reach by car
Our imaginations soar flying high
Picture constellations sparkling in the night sky
Tonight snowing speckles of beautiful flakes everywhere
Wind blown hair gently shifts my eyes to look always up towards there
Most nights I see you Orion the Hunter
Always close by the Pleiades cluster
M a letter significant to me helps me see
The stars that come together as Cassiopeia
Right around there Scorpios tail maybe I spot
Keep looking I see the bright Antares spark
The feeling of as if to me they talk
Sometimes the stars they dance and shoot across the darkness for us these nights so special

Prologue of the book I'm writing
The heroes faced each other on either side of the rooftop of a desolate building, concealed by the night.
"Hey you know this is kind of like that movie where Superman and Batman were fighting with each other"
"Orion, shut up"
"You know we could be friends if we didn’t fight all the time"
She sighed, rolling her eyes, "Maybe, y’know if you hadn’t destroyed my 3 years of research in one night, and now you’re trying to take the first case I’ve been given since you messed up - and no I'm not telling you what it is! The facility would give you up if you didn’t teleport"
"I wouldn’t be there anyway if I didn’t teleport" he grinned smugly, happy to get one over her.
"Shut up and go away!"
"Shut up and go away!!!! You sound like a 5 year old"
"Based on what you just did you're a 3 year old - now beat it!"
"Or what? ", he was daring her, and could almost taste the regret he knew he would inevitably feel.
"Or you'll get a bruise to the eye"
"Yeah ri-", with inhumane speed, she was on his side of the roof, punched him (hard) and sped off into the night, starting her mission.
“I don't think that’s gonna leave a bruise!” he called after her defiantly, rubbing his face where she’d hit him as he got up from the ground – he waited for the feeling of regret to arrive. It hit him like a wave, and it tasted like pain. He dusted himself off before realizing there was something glinting on the rooftop. It was a badge...
For the Cygnus Corps.
Orion’s breath came in heavy gasps as he called after his teammate. “Peregrine! PEREGRINE” but her figure had already shrunken to a blur in the distant night.
He kicked a rock off the roof in anger. "Dammit! At least I would be able to find her if I knew what she looked like!"
He scooped up the badge, shoving it in his pocket and removing his own mask. He sighed as he teleported onto the ground to catch the subway to university.3 10
