The shapeless towel on the chair describes

the water being ice cold
The water is still ice cold, but I don't feel a thing
The messy drawers narrate
How you panicked
When the ticket went missing
Believe in me,I crossed my fingers
Hoping you never find it!
The empty pizza box
Still carries the smell of our 'last supper'
The laptop screen still frozen on
the movie we always wanted to watch
The snoozed alarm keeps on ringing
Because you forgot to cancel it
The crushed bedsheet in my room,

Only to realise
