Being strong
I have started my journey
And this journey was not lovely
I faced so many difficulties
And had so much of responsibilities
I broke down a lot of times
And my dear breaking down is not a crime
I cried , I shouted , I asked for help
I fell down and yelp
But nobody came
What a shame
But still I continued my journey
I slowly became a bernie
I became strong
The journey was long
But now I am so strong
Strong enough to face any difficulties
And can take responsibilities
So everyone should be strong
Because life is long.

कहां से आते हैं ये लोग ?
इतना जज़्बा कहां से लाते हैं ।
मंज़िल हैं मीलों दूर , ना हैं कोई सहारा ,
बसें , रेल सब है बंद पड़ी , क्या करे बेचारा ?
ऊपर हैं तपती धूप , कभी आ जाती अकस्मात वर्षा ,
एक महामारी ने छीन ली रोज़ी रोटी , अब क्या करे वो , उसका परिवार और उसका छोटा बच्चा ?
सो निकाल पड़ा पैदल ही अपने मंज़िल की ओर ,
ना देखी कड़कती धूप ना ही सुनसान सड़के , बस चलता ही रहा रात हो या भोर ।
ना था ज़्यादा खाने को खाना , ना था ज़्यादा पीने को पानी ,
बस हार ना मानना और बस आगे बढ़ते रहने , ऐसे ही थी इनकी कहानी ।
कोई 15 साल की बच्ची साइकिल पर ,
तो कोई बेटा अपनी बूढ़ी मां को गोद में लेकर ,
तो कोई दोस्त अपने दोस्त को सहारा दे ,
इन्होंने बहादुरी और हिम्मत की अविश्वस्नीय कहानियां लिख दी जाने ही अनजाने में ।
कोई 500 , कोई 600, कोई 1000 किलोमीटर चल चल कर आ गया और फिर से काम पाने को है तैयार ।
क्या रोज़ जिम करने वाले , वर्कआउट करने वाले और खुद को फिट कहने वाले हमलोगो में ऐसी हिम्मत , ऐसी फिटनेस , ऐसी ताकत है क्या मेरे यार ?
आखिर कोंन है ये लोग ? इतना जज्बा , इतनी शक्ति कहा से लाते हैं ये लोग ?
हम अपने रूम में ए सी में बैठ कर कहा से जानेंगे ये लोग कौन हैं ?
ना तो ये सोशल मीडिया पर मिलते हैं ना ही ये कोई जाने मैने लोग है , ये तो बस हमारे घर बनाने वाले , हमारे सड़क बनाने वाले और रोज ना जाने कितना कुछ बनाने वाले मजदूर हैं जिन्हें हम शायद ही कभी रास्ते या घर पर नोटिस करते हो ।

There is a place I go to cry
When life feels overwhelming.
It's not the most remarkable of spots,
Just a common, household dwelling.
But in those moments when I need to escape,
It is a sanctuary like no other.
A wall between me and the world,
Space... To take a breather.
In here, I can let them out,
Those caught emotions, that endless doubt.
I cry, scream, kick, shout! Fall apart,

I'm safe in here where no one can see
The pain that lies beyond skin deep.

As nobody understands why,
My nights are sleepless
And days are restless,
