    Sombre Friday

    Room drowned in utter silence,
    Subjected to visual violence!
    Something broke that day...
Causing a subtle pain in the chest that stays...
Those wrecked emotions and faded feelings,
Still hinder the process of healing...
    Expectations led to frustrations...
    False attachments maybe lustful admirations!
She pressed hard on platonic intimacy...
Yet refuted to nothing more than a complete fallacy!
A bond that severed was to last till the end...
That sombre friday, someone lost a friend!

    Facade

    || Sonnet 6 ||
Still paying for my life's bereaved demesnes

Still basking in the deepest crimson light

Another time for their embedded stains

Another stain imprinted by my sight

Still wanted peace, but they will cease it all

Still pilfered me, and I will wear my mask

Across the yard of disjoint thoughts appalled

Across the sea of angry mirrors basked

Facades deceptive, in disguise it plays

Around the senses, in a life it kills

Bereaved by all acts, in the times it slays

Inveighed in all truths, it replays for thrills
    //
    A doppelgänger's false facade impales

The trueness in the Mona Lisa tales

A villanelle is a 19-line poem, with 5 stanzas of 3 lines, and the last stanza having 4 lines. It has two repeating rhymes and two repeating refrains. The rhyming scheme is as follows:

    A1 b A2 || a b A1 || a b A2 || a b A1 || a b A2 || a b A1 A2

a and b are rhymes. The letters capitalized are refrains that are to be repeated throughout the scheme.

    Verisimilitudes of verdant vales
    Voracious violets veil verities
    Velleities unveil as it's impaled

    Saturnine scams sent sempiternal sails
    Spill sourness, spectacles of scarcity
    Verisimilitudes of verdant vales

    Asthenic aesthetic in April's ales
    Arbitrated, ailed by audacity
    Velleities unveil as it's impaled

    Venerations of veiled violet vales
    Volatile, vague's verdant veracity
    Verisimilitudes of verdant vales

    Euphemisms err, erroneous ails
    Educate the elegies' enemies
    Velleities unveil as it's impaled

Freedom, 'twas thou who made pellucid sales
Truth, 'twas thou who called for thine audibly
    Verisimilitudes of verdant vales
    Velleities unveil as it's impaled

Now this is certainly a more difficult type than a rondeau!

In the villanelle, it metaphorizes violets as the seemingly exquisite, and bold show-offs, while the verdant vales (inspired from @altafmurtaza's post name) as the truthful, yet underrated and overlooked matters.

Alliteration was also used, as for interest hehehe, and last, but not the least, every line is decasyllabic! (having 10 syllables)

    A transfigured phrase for her.
    A tormented phrase for her.
    “LOVE” isn’t colorless
Yet, it’s with shades of bliss and sad.

She presented it with a meaningful phrase
    Where she found the “One”.
She lighted the life with shades of romantic light
Which she yearned in books and found it in real.

She explored the meaning of love
Where she was left with bruises in her heart.
She felt her heart shrugged by the torments
    From the “One”.

She believed; she’d win the romantic life.
She hesitated; she’d be the “One” for him.
She drowned; she’d never experience the sadness.
    Alas,
The “Romantic life” taught her the fallacy
Where the “One” cuddled, hugged, romanticized
Yet, never turned out to be the “Truest”.

She believed; she’d win her life.
She found; she’d be the “One”
She drowned; she’d enlighten the lake of Love.
    Alas,
The thorny path of Love lane
    Approved.
    Obliged.
    Granted.
The true meaning of Love from the “One”.

    .
    Darkness trails the light.
Day makes out for the night.
    Sun retreats for the moon.
And every leaf falls for the autumn.
    .
    Muddled by the
ever changing rhythm of ticking clocks,
    I was standing bewildered
at the broken juncture to which
I had been weaving up way for all this while.
    I was bloating up
    like a bubbly balloon,
unaware of the fading jovial days.
    My white canvas
    was about to see
its juvenile stains of evil hue.
    .
    I moved in haste
    ignoring my burning sores,
    though the crushing pain
took a bigger stake on my senses.
    Arresting its growth
was never within my bodily limits.

And I decided to lock myself up
    away from
the dimensions of time and space,
    where all tortures and pain
    shall render itself meaningless.
    .
    There in shall lie
    my paradise-my eternal bliss.

    -- Sue Wrongly --

    It's as if it's a murder mystery
Investigations underway, no need of fallacy
It's rather tempting, but you'll blame
The seemingly "suspicious", hate was not tamed

Where is the proof? I don't understand
Are they so guilty? What can stand
As valuable evidence that they should be ashamed?
Is there though? Hate is now in flames

Dishonesty seems valid, but try to look again
Were they really the killer? Do they have odd dents?
In which it can raise suspicion, but there's none
Time was wasted, thinking properly was gone

It's abusive, you're abusing the wrong person
Without a solid wall of proof, it's such a bum
You'd be killing the innocent person right away
Before we even know who's the killer in the first place

It's as if the murderer is you all along
No need for that true killer, you'd be such a mass killer
Or are you the real one? Act innocent all along?
Diverge the attention? We'd be leaving the open blister

Sue wrongly, hated in the most inhumane way
In which an abomination of theirs would slay
    The people unknowingly living peacefully
It's such a secret crisis, hiding clandestinely

    the fallacy of hard work

    flaws
    the fallacy of hard work
    to mold
    in a shape
    that would cause
    residual stresses
    invisible to ignorant minds
    a fulfilled life measures,
    look at those
who are born, out of it
    the factory of death
    that produce unintimate characters,
    who sees life
    with the broken glasses
    in the bits and pieces
    collect it all
    and combine it
    do you see?
    the desires
    that is natural
and the power that drives it,
    Your institutions kill it
    put labels
    and grade human beings
further, it gets degraded by society
    mockery and shame
    You raise the lords
    who has brutal forces
    and put down the saints
    beneath the shoe
    You praise the lord
    to satisfy Your need
    and run the hunger business
    to clamp down the liberty
    You make, and break laws
    take more than hundreds have
    and put idols on showcase
    to shut the doors
that could lead to justice and equality,

    GHOST OR A FALLACY?

It was the time of twilight,
Having my dinner, I was just about to bite.

Suddenly I noticed someone in the hallway,
Seemed like a ghost standing few steps away.

It wasn't a whole body but only a shadow,
I felt so horrid, one could never know.

    Somehow I escaped from there,
When I came back it had disappeared.

Then I went for a nap in my room,
It showed up again and took away all my gloom.

In a state of shock, I hid under my bed,
Was so much terrified what to do ahead?

From the staircase I heard a haunting scream,
Still not sure, whether it was reality or a mere dream.

How I fooled you that day
    And you believed
Knowing that I lied to you
    You never asked for clarification
    I kept trying to
Thinking that you know me better than myself
But still the space is filled with fallacy!

    Fallacy

    My fallacy!
    Come around, come soon;
Dirty wisdom steals the moment away.
Wind me with a numbness and
    toss me into the cycle
    Merry hopelessness
    shall soon arrive
    Jolly lies shall
put off the last light away.

    My fallacy!
    Come around, come soon;
Let's sow another seed of sin
Dirty wisdom steals our moment away.

    Misunderstanding

Don't let people be so far
    By misinterpretation ,creating scars
    Lets sit and talk
Don't let your mind be block
    Don't think; just say
    But please don't go away
    Make things sort out
    Although it makes you shout
    Try to reach the truth
    Instead of misunderstood
But don't ruin a relationship so pure
    By misconception that you endure

    Soul Trade

I am trade to many diverse markets
And I buy souls from social caskets
I drink of blood to stay alive
The blood I drink is not of life.

    Freeing bondage to hold fear
    Telling sorry to old tears
Who is motivated by my fall
Becomes the soul that I devour.

I am strange to no man
As I pen my own mind
The words I speak are spirit and life
They kill and quicken the dead to life.

My words are waters that births your thirst
Ignites a fire to burn and cleanse
The garden "forrest" of your soul
To prepare you to Chase my goals.

    Fallacy

    Death
    Is it a bitter sting
    Or the palisade
    that is this life
    Who awakens me
    To the drifting
    morning sunlight
    Who leaves me lifeless
    Whats there except monotony
Here in form there in grave
    Same old autumns
    Same odours and fragrances
    I have been before everywhere
I have seen love grow fragile
I have seen through the bushes
    The spring and it's clause
What is left of the bark
    Numb sounds of the lark
Who would pick me up again
    The bitter sting ?
