You know what, taking little steps matters a lot. Even not stepping ahead, staying there, just at the point where you are, at the position your skill is, and in the minute your heart is matters too.
You know that single improvement in sketching a line, writing a single word with improved skills, slightly better cooking, leaving the phone for a single minute more, covering up a single topic only, painting only a small canvas with a bit of improvement matters too.
If you don’t want to step ahead, you are not willing to attend a gathering, you don’t want to take online classes, can’t paint perfectly, can’t cover up the chapter a day, can’t sketch better; you can’t see any improvement, with all-day hard work you can’t see any improvement in yourself, can’t find yourself at a better position, can’t find any progress, you don’t want to face the world, don’t want to answer them, don’t want to do what they want you to do, It’s perfect to not to do what YOU don’t want to.
It’s all right to give time to yourself. It’s okay to take little steps, and it’s okay too not to take a step, not to move ahead, to stay the way you are, to stay at the position you are,
To conquer yourself
And to give time to yourself,
So that you can glow differently,
And progress brilliantly.

Be careful when you speak. If "Words can heal", then "Words can injure" too. If your words aren't kind enough to heal one's scars, then they shouldn't be harsh enough to injure them, they shouldn't disturb their healing process.
Don't ask one about how they are going through it, how their scars are healing, how they are dealing with it, it harms then, it scratches their scars, it leaves them broken. They are on a war with themselves, they are fighting, they are struggling, they are on battle with themselves and their words, your questions, your condolence leave their courage scattered.
And some scars are never meant to be healed.

To recite Quran,
To do His zikr

To get closer to Him.

Strengthen your Emaan
& Hold on your Belief,
He is AR-RAHMAAN,
He is AR-RAHEEM,
He loves you beyond your perception
& Nothing happens
Against His orders.
And Yes,
We cannot overcome death,
It is mandatory
With our without any disease.
But preventive measures
And guidelines
Are there to keep you safe
From all the fires
Of this World and Hereafter.
