As you grow older, life seems to get more overwhelming and stressful.
If only we could go back in time when life was simpler, when the only thing we worried about was our homework and fought over the window seat or the TV remote. Somewhere in between the first day of the school and today, life happened.
The more you wonder about life, the more you felt lost.
The longer you live, the more hardships you will face.
The longer life goes on, the more people you will lose.
Life goes on, with or without people. The older we get, the more difficult situations we’ve to deal with, and our decisions affect not just our lives, but many others.
We’ve this responsibility on our shoulder to keep everything from falling apart.
Adulting is hard, I think we all can agree to that. Life doesn’t get easier, you just become more tolerant and resistive to whatever bullshit life throws at you.
You become a stronger person. The crappier the situation, the more strength you gain once you come out of it.
Life is a goddamn ongoing battle. You win some wars, and you lose some.
Somewhere between childhood and adulthood, you learn to survive against every odd.
There are days when you feel utterly lost and just want to end it all. It’s the easy way out, but you keep going on. You wonder what’s holding you back, and the answer is simple – this, too, shall pass, as all things do.
If the simple answer makes little sense, then just remember – you’ve survived for so long, fight a little longer.
Life is a real-life video game and everything bad that happens to you is added to your EXP.
You’re being prepared for the boss-battle.
Just remember, whenever you’re lost and life is too overwhelming, remember how far you have come. Remember the sacrifices you had to make.
Remember the lessons you learnt. Remember the previous battles that you won.
Remember, you matter.
