Read MoreHey before you scroll please take a moment and hear me out whether you agree or disagree those who know me are probably thinking that I'm just saying this because I don't want my parents to whoop me okay that's partly true but let's be serious to all the parents out there that are still whooping their kids the next time you go to whoop your kids think about what I'm about to tell you
Let start with the reason why I think some of you whoop your kids
1 # you whooping your kids because chances are when you were younger you probably got whoop yourself
2# you feel it's the most effective way to get your kids to listen
3# you take out your anger on your kids because you don't know how to solve your problem or their is no one else to take it out on
4# you happen to have a problem child
And I can go on and on but I'm going to make it short
Reasons why I believe you should stop whooping your kids
1# whooping your kids won't make them stop doing wrong infact it will make them continue to do wrong I know you're thinking this girl is insane but it's true you see when I was younger and I Knew to my guts that If I did something wrong that'll make me get whoop guess what I still went ahead and did it anyway because I got so use to it that I'll say to myself it was just whooping it's not going to killl
#2 whooping your kids not only affects them physically but also mentally it can cause side effects when they get older
#3 whooping your kids is going take them hide there feelings from you if there comes a time your kids done something really bad or is dealing with a problem they are not going to tell you rather they'll keep it to themselves or share it with someone in whom they aren't afraid of this is very common, a lot of my peers would come and share some very personal things with me and when I tell them they need to tell there parents or guardian about the problem or they, would say they can't because they are too afraid of what they would do to them
#4 whooping your kids may cause them to be violent to there spouse or peers and even to they're own kids and then the cycle continues remember I'm not telling you to spoil your child I'm just saying there are other methods of discipline that can be used to discipline your child that does not require whooping

from strength to meekness,
from power to weakness;
what is peace in all its entirety?
for I cannot say that I have ever known
the gentleness of its kiss,
nor its soothing touch upon my skin;
since day one
I have felt my life tarnished by sin;
poisoned by forces
that seep in from all angles;
yet from the shambles,
I somehow, continually rise,
albeit from hands and knees;
seeking balance,

wishing time would simply freeze
