There's nothing to lose
What can you take away from a hobo, a Saint, a flower, a bug?
What can be precious to those with no treasure of any particular sort?
Gold, or diamonds, or silver in heaps laying cold.
Or land, or wine, or pleasures of the mortal world?
What can be taken away from those who have nothing at all?
What can they lose?
A smile, many laughs, a journey of a lifetime?
... Or treasures hidden only for those eyes in every sunset or sun rising?
In every bend of a long stretched road?
Or in becoming a reason for someone's smile?
Or in helping a flower grow plum and bright?
What can you possibly take away from someone who has nothing yet everything?
Well sometimes, you are too rich to lose nothing at all.
