teach yourself to see the good in things, learn to have control on your thoughts and when those negative thoughts come to your head try to change them to positive , learn to not control on your emotions learn to react on your emotions , you know what ? Sometimes you see others doing great and achieving everything they have wished for and then on the other side you see yourself comparing and questioning yourself "why not me" ? That moment demotivate you , it will play with your mind and just make you want to quit everything you are doing .
