I've known black, white and bits of grey
Don't get too close, unless you're ready.
The Sun, miles away, the luminous king
Light and life , filling up hearts and spaces
But here's the thing
Never trust the sun, it'll always burn you.
The moon, revolving around the world, an obsessive lover
Dressed in white and a heavenly sight
But time to time
Like, say a fortnight, you'll see her dark side.
Roses all red and sweet,
A bed of it should feel like silk
But just think,
Thorns in your skin, leaving you to bleed
Wondering, why did you go so far in.
Life is a seductive lie
When it tell us we can have it all
Here's the catch, it tell it had a twin
Death, coming to take us, after we fall.
Dark and deep and light and free,
We don't flinch
At what we see.
