When everyone is saying, 'Reach out to others, It's okay to share your sorrows with others, it's okay to cry on someone's shoulders',
Why we are not saying, 'Once in a while we should check on others, sometimes we should ask others how they are doing, instead of checking on someone just when we need them, why can't we check if they need anything if they are not comfortable to directly ask us?'
And aren't we are the one who always tries to get out of these situations when someone tries to share their grief with us?
We need to stop sharing our opinion and judgments on each and everything. It's not correct to decide about someone else's decision just because we have the means for it. We must use these means to stay connected with others and for supporting others.

It's very easy to judge the decisions of others. It's easy to argue and suggest how better that decision could have been, once the decision is taken and unfolded to you but, the question we need to ask ourselves that, what input we gave to that person before such a decision was taken? whether we have walked with them on their path or not? If you don't have the answer to these questions, then you have no right to judge that decision.
And yes, 'doing those things wasn't practical or possible' is not an excuse for this....

Sometimes a bond is formed instantly when we meet someone. Then a relation emerges through it.
In relation, we learn to live with each other's flaws. Relations are not formed after seeing compatibilities. We become compatible with each other when we are in relation. Then be it any relation.
But teams are made after taking into consideration each other's strengths and weaknesses.
Nowadays we see around us that most of the relations are short-lived. A Relation is formed, then it gets broken, and again a new relation forms instantly.
The reason for this is, we be with someone for our personal gains and when we come to know that it's impossible to get what we wanted, our interest in that relation suddenly drops and hence that relation gets broken.
Always remember,
Teams are 'made' but relations are 'formed'.
Teammates can be replaced but, relatives can not.
And yes, relatives are not just our family members,
A relative is anyone who is 'Native' to the 'Relation'......
