The Morning View
I see the early morning sun in sky,
Gracing the world with it's presence,
The view be so beautiful around these mountains,
Even the cold breeze sets the mood just right,
Wish this feeling lasted all day,
The calm, the peace, and the beauty,
Wish our thoughts were so calm,
We wouldn't had to struggle
the rest of the day,
Keeping that same calmness
in our hearts and medidate,
That is definitely a task in our age,
But can't we just try to create
this calmness in our world just a little bit?
Create a calmness that
we don't have to fight for each day,
Live the moments we truly love and
cherish each second of it
with the people we love...

Light From The Blinds
It's through the blinds of the windows that
the light passes through each day,
Penetrating through the spaces between them
to brighten the room during the day,
to enlighten the room during the night,
What makes light so persistent
to do the same thing each day?
What makes it believe that
it would accomplish all the tasks it needs to?
Just like us light faces difficulties too,
Faces obstacles in terms of blockage,
But still seeps through to get going.
Then why do we still fear
the difficulties we face?
Why can't we be like the light,
enlightening the surroundings
without doubts, without questions?
Can't we have the same persistence
to help us grow?
Or do we still not realize our real potential?

Let me be your silent whisper
in this starry night,
Let me be the warmth you need
when the cold breeze brushes by,
For it's in our unity
that I feel the strength in,
For it's in our whispers
that I find comfort in,
Not all conversations we have
need to be heard aloud,
For it's in our soft spoken voice
that embraces our souls
and the pure love we possess...

Ideas Like Lights
Ideas brighten up like these lights on my head,
Beautiful when seen from afar,
But tangled up from within
when you get to understand them,
It's not that these ideas can't be made into reality,
They can be,
But the only push is
my own motivation and belief,
What more shall I do I ask myself
to make them what they intend to be?
What shall I do make it work,
when everyone thought it was never meant to be?
Shall I step back since when the future is faded?
Or shall I move forward without any fear or concern
of how they would turn out to be?

Feeling Free
Felling free is what we always wanted to be,
Free from worries that drain us ,
Free from people who put us down,
Free from the sadness we have to bear when times are tough,
Free ourselves to feel peaceful from within
which we longed for all my life,
Feeling free is something
really hard to get these days,
Even harder to maintain that feeling
due to various circumstances,
The question is why is it so costly
compared to anything else?
Even when its priceless,
Why is it so hard to contain things
that deny us from feeling this way?
Will we ever be really free?
Or, will it remain a fantasy?
Will we ever feel peaceful?
Or, will it remain a lucious dream
that we have with our eyes closed..?

A Flip Side...
Like a coin bearing two sides,
it determines that
there are two sides of an outcome,
One side is the decision we take,
the other is the alternative to it,
Life always brings up chances like these,
Chances to flip the coin and decide
what to move forward with,
and also keep in mind that
there is another side to it,
Call it taking risk or trying out our luck,
Its important to know that
there is always an alternative,
there is always a flip side
to things we choose, do and think,
We always have a chance to start fresh,
Always have the opportunity to revive,
Always have the opportunity to choose
happiness...

What Do We Hold On To?
We make promises to hold on to eachother
to protect ourselves from the storms we face,
We make commitments to hold on to our beliefs
to help us achieve the dreams we chase,
But what do we hold on to
when our own thoughts go against us?
Not just what we think of the things around us,
but the doubts, the Insecurities,
The thoughts of losing ourselves in the process,
What do we actually hold on to?
When you feel things you can't explain,
Dive deep into the sea of deep thoughts,
Thoughts that zone you out from the world,
The silence which seems normal to the people around,
But which keeps eating you up from within...

The words you leave me behind with sometimes
makes me feel like
I had never understood you correctly,
Never had a chance to understand your feelings,
Never had a chance to understand your needs completely,
The notes you left for me
do speak volumes of how you felt inside,
How I never understood the things
you never spoke of,
things that only our silences could understand,
Wish things were better between us,
Wish it was only a tough phase
we faced in our relationship,
But tell me what do I reply to you?
When your notes question my feelings for you
and my words fail to comprehend it's depth...

Our eyes would speak volumes
than our words could ever express
what we feel,
Not every feeling could be
jotted down into words,
Not every feeling could be
expressed in a conversation directly,
For It depends in the ability of the others
to understand the signs,

to understand what's kept locked up inside
for so long that eats us from within...

Kehne de in honthon ko kuch baatein,
bohot din guzre hain khamoshi mein,
Kuch lavz dil ke honge,
kuch armaanon ke,
Dono ke taaluqaat jo tumse hai
Yun na yakeen ho meri baaton par
toh zara maaf kar dena,
Kab tak raaz banaye rakhte inhe,

My Silence...
There's always a void that's never filled inside,
Words fail to describe how it feels,
Actions aren't enough
to complete it's needs,
My silence may not reveal what's inside,
But it's louder than anything
that could possibly be,
Louder than a voice I could hear,
Louder than something
my mind could comprehend,
My silence has always been a mystery to people,
A mystery that cant be resolved,
A mystery that's a lot deeper than it looks,
The question is not when will people understand
my silences more than words,
The question is when will my silence
stop being a mystery to me..?

There will always be things
that break us to pieces,
Create a hollow space
with sharp edges,
Hurting every moment no matter
how long ago they were made,
Isn't it always said
that pain is temporary?
Then why we break a little bit everyday

survive each day?

Is it a way to find
