My melody, my groove,
Shake my body the way I want,
I want to dance the way I want,
Even if it's unpleasant to watch me dance,
I make my own moves and groove to my jam,
Enough said and enough done for others,
This time around, I want to dance for myself,
This one's for me!
I'll say out loud,
Loud enough for everyone to listen and hear me out,
I'm tired of this shell I've been living in,
I want a change of space,
A change of place now,
From deep within,
From now on, I dance to my own tune,
I sing my own melody,
I groove to my jam,
Whether anyone else likes it or not, that's their problem not mine,
Not anymore,
I chill when I want,
I stress when I like,
I can handle myself right,
Stop worrying,
Stop telling me to stop,
Because I ain't listening,
You're into wasting your breath this time,
I won't listen, neither will I stop,
Let me remind you, this is my "me" time,
I want to just focus on my dreams and goals,
They may be big or small,
But it's got nothing to do with you anymore,
I dance to my own tune, I sing my own melody,
I am abandoning this shell I have always used to cocoon myself now.

Writing was my only escape,
When I need to pen down a painful tale,
Ink of pen and the smooth paper were my trusty friends,
I'd tell them my secrets,
Or perhaps use my typing skills to type down a secret,
A secret I wish no one would know,
Yet it was always evident on my face,
My trusty friends : the pen, paper and phone,
They never betrayed me or left me like my other friends,
They were secret keepers,
Unlike their human counterparts,
I could always rely on them, when I needed a shoulder to cry on,
Although I didn't have a shoulder to cry on,
I had my pillow to soak all my tears,
Plip - plop,
They fell racing down my face,
My tears were for my friends to see,
A safe place to rant, that's all I needed,
I got it from my trusty friends: the pen, paper and phone,
I still trust them,
I still love them,
They still witness every thing I go through,
They still record my feelings,
Unfiltered I am in front of them,
My trusty friends are the only ones I believe can help me when needed,
Writing was my only escape,
I wrote no matter in what mood I was,
My only solace,
It made me who I am today,
I am proud of call myself a writer,
I write different things,
Writing will remain forevermore, my true solace,
My one true escape.

War refugees are the one that live in stranded spaces
Their life are deformed will never ever leap with same paces...

ब्रज की गलीयों मे,
ढूंँढती ढूंँढती राधा पहुंची,
अपने श्याम को।।
हाथ मे गुलाल लिए,
रंग की बौछार लिए,
सोचा था खेलेगी होली वो सबसे पहले उसके संग,
अपने श्याम को ढूंँढती हुई,
गोपियों से छुपती हुई।।
सामने आते ही शाम के,
रंग गालों का लाल हुआ,
प्रेम के रंगो मे दोनो ने,
रंग के खूब होली खेली,
गोपियां मुस्कुरा कर बोली,
बनी रहे हमेशा राधा श्याम की जोडी़।।
