There was once a boy, and a girl,
Who best friends were, for most of their lives.
It was Christmas time, he thought it through,
And asked for her hand, to be his wife.
With a negative nod, embarrassment on her face,
She ran and ran, until him she couldn't see.
He stood there, with broken hopes of her,
And moved on, a successful man to be.
The moral of the story, make your own happy,
For this cruel world, selfishly goes by.
Take the broken pieces, build a staircase,
For on your own, you can touch the sky.

#Night #Staircase #Creature #DevilThe real Devil
It was a winter night at my apartment.
Suddenly heard a hissing sound, might be coming from the upstairs, tempted me to find out !
I felt the presence as if there was a breathing creature at the staircase. Stench of rotten flesh terrified me..
She crawled down the stairs with a pale face, messy hair and prettiest white dress but with faint red stains..
Trying to keep my composure, I asked, " Who are you ? Are you the Devil ?"
She mocked with a dreadful smile..
" How could I be a slut and you being not guilty of stealing my respect, my life ? Who is the real devil !"
I lost my composure as I was trembled with fear. My heart started racing but legs refused.

The weekend is like

dragging me towards
a turmoil of music until
reality pulls me back
into the routine of
climbing the steps

Staircase
I'm bleeding out.
Falling for him was like being thrown down an endless staircase. I keep bumping on the steps and hurting myself but I just can't stop the fall. My wrists have been cut and I'm bruised all over the body I willingly gave to him.
But he doesn't care. He never did. And I tell myself I'm closer to the end as I start to lose my senses. I hope I pass out soon enough and my body stops moving.
I don't want to love you anymore. You used to make me feel safe but now I wonder "why did you push me down the stairs?"

And I saw that the tree and sand
Yes, they are more than friends
If I could be the stones she walked on
If I could be the facbook, she logged on...
If I could be the sand
Where she ran barefotted
If I could be the air
She waved across
If I could be the mirror
She looked in for hours...
Yes, she's my Moon
In the trillions of stars...
It's so different
This place, which witnessed us
It was like, a pause from the world...
And out of the rush.
Yes, she was......IS MY crush.
Recalling her face
My eyes are closed...
It is all black out...
Where I found her...
For the most elated things comes out from nothing
She is still shining...
Like the cohinoor...
Though I know,
I cannot afford her...
As some things are not for sell...
You either can found them...thats your luck...
Or you earn them...that your effort.
I never made an effort
Nor I was lucky enough...
For just to say a hi to her...
Was so much tough...
I think, If she played The bluff.!!!
Leave it...
For you know,
It was actually...nothing but
LOVE...

Life is not a moving walkway
It is a staircase
Each step similar to a decision
Watch every step you take
Lift your ego only as much required
Else you might lose balance
And fall down

and bring you to your stop
but when that final step must come...
You're climbing into the hands of death!
Until you begin to gasp your breath
as it takes you higher and higher,
the more you tire
the more you struggle.
floor after floor,it's menacing
a staircase is a wicked thing.
