We are all so deeply made to believe that showing emotions is for the weak, that we let so much we want to say go unsaid, in the fear of being judged.
We fail to realize, almost all that is unsaid and repressed today, keeps piling on to erupt as a volcano of issues someday, which destroys our own peace of mind and a lot more around us.
The real beauty of any relationship, of any conversation lies in being able to show your emotions, discuss what you feel and, in the process understand your own thoughts better.
Strength comes from sharing with and listening to others, and there is nothing weak or un-human to have feelings. If at all anything, it's being aware of, and connected to our thoughts and feelings that makes us even more human.
