How do you get rid of unwanted thoughts?
I guess, this question lives in every one of us, some of us admit to it, and others don't. I've no idea how to get rid of wanted thoughts let alone unwanted ones. However, we will start to ignore them, dodge them, escape from them, and eventually, learn to handle them, but in our own way. I haven't met, or know, or heard of, or read about anyone who has gotten rid of thoughts (unwanted, or otherwise) forever. Long story short, YOU CAN'T GET RID OF THEM, STOP TRYING!
