As you amuse me,
Six months and
It ended with a click.
I met you,
Mutually, amongst some people,
Same crowd you belonged to.
I didn't see the chemistry,
Then, I met you over work.
Three months, after, like any normal person,
We exchanged numbers and texted.
Memes and bitchy notes,
Anything and everything,
We didn't realize how close we grew,
And, time made us stronger than ever.
Day became night,
We texted and met on pretext.
You, yes you, were building
Unrealistic expectations, neither could fulfill.
And, then Lockdown happened,
And we had fun over internet,
Overnight, our sensual feelings became appetizers for one another.
Our plans and stands,
Post Lockdown, we promised each other.
And, one fine day, we started ignoring,
And were back to strangers.
It makes me toxic and weak,
Now, you mean me nothing.
Everything was a sham, even your feeling,
So I blocked you and stopped our texting.
