कितना अजीब सा हो जाता है सब,

उस गुज़रती हवा ने आखि़र मुझसे पूछ ही लिया..
जिसका रोज़ खुले आसमान के नीचे खड़े
शिद्दत से इंतजार रहता है,
क्यूं चेहरे में हल्की-सी मुस्कुराहट और
आँखें छलक क्यों उठती हैं तुम्हारी?
कैसे बताऊँ जिसका दीदार हुए बरसों
बीत गए ,
सुकून सा महसूस होता है जब ये
हवा उसे छू मुझसे हो गुज़रती है,
सामने न हो कर भी उसके करीब होने का
एहसास दे जाती हैं !!

Are You Okay???
Such a simple question it is... But sometimes very hard to answer.... Sometimes you don't even know what the hell is wrong with you... Sometimes there's a rush of emotions and you don't understand exactly what is going on... You know there's something wrong, but you also don't know the cause of it... You just want to be left alone... You just want to isolate yourself... You just want to cry it all out... You just want your mind to stop thinking... Your confidence level falls, you feel that you're surrounded by negativity... You feel lonely even though you're surrounded by your loved ones...
And the worst of all is that you can't say it all out even if you want to... Because you're afraid of the consequences...
So tell me - "How will you answer this question when you're feeling all of this?"
