    Who Hurts the Most?

"A lover's wail is the harshest pain", said the winds.
"no", the tree replied, "a grieving mother".
The river stood still and said, "maybe, maybe not".
The mountains bowed and whispered, "mens' hate, hurts the most."
"And worst is something else", the shadows wept,
    "Living.
    While they die."
