Wonderful games are played by time
I realized it now that you're no longer mine
I was scared to not know anything about your life
I thought time could never fix this pain
So loving you was always going in vain
It took time for me to do what I had to do
I know how I felt but I don't know anything about you
And neither do I wanna know
Cause it's time for me to go
I held on to us for too long
I was scared to let go because I wasn't that strong
Every story was about you in all my poems & songs
But it's time to accept that with me you don't belong
Even though you just used me and did me wrong
I still wish you the best
And hope not to see you ever again

He said , "You're everything I wished for"
So I couldn't ask for anything more
He said , "I wanted someone who's funny"
So I'll stay with him even when he won't have any money
He said ,"I wanted someone who's loyal"
So it's my turn to treat him like a royal
He wanted someone with a big heart
And now I want to keep him out of the dark
He wanted someone to believe in him
And I understand him without his scream
He said,"I want someone to accept me the way I'm"
It's weird how everything he says I understand
He wants someone to love him when he acts weird,angry or sad
So I'm gonna be by his side even when the days are bad
He said,"I want someone to always be there for me"
So it's no longer a you and I , it's just we .

Why did I sabotage my own relationship
Even when I was happy with you in every trip
You didn't just pretend to listen
You treated me good and made me glisten
I can never imagine my life without you beside me

But now you need time to think about us and our future

You used to get me all dressed up just to treat me like a doll
But you're not the only one to blame for this

Hoping fantasy could make it whole.

Of pretty maidens and powerful mages,
Inked by a forgotten hand
Hoping to make time stand.
And it won't matter to us,
The silence and the long hiatus,
Because even if our pages never turn,
Within us, the story continues to burn.
So we stay together in the back,
Like those forgotten books on a rack,
Two tales from the same broken heart-

I wrote a book about everything I loved,
I mentioned some humans too,
The things that made me so happy,
Kept me sane when skies were blue.
I was happy to know about all these things,
I wanted to have them all with me,
I needed to keep them close, no matter what,
I couldn’t let something so beautiful fly free.
But I couldn’t keep anything forever, could I?
Some things and people weren’t mine to keep,
The loss of some hurt me too deeply,
That I’d spent my nights in sadness and weep.
One day, looking at my book, I realised,
There was an entire book and more,
I still had a thousand things to be happy about,
It wasn’t just about the ones that walked out the door,
So I looked back on the pages and realised,
Most of the happy things didn’t have a cost,
That life was beautiful, and the book was there,
Even with the pages I’ve lost.
I continued my quest and wrote my book,
Courage and imagination became my wings,
I spent a lifetime writing a book about happiness,
And how most of it was in the little things.

It helps to sharpen our swords
So that we can play with words.

They can heal it or break it apart,
The choice is yours, read or ignore

Sometimes I feel pity
For the people who don't read,
By reading you can even travel a city
Or you can know about a creed.
Poets are born to make you smile
