    Live simply; don't fake it

    Eat your meal gratefully. Wear your clothing confidently. Be real with me and I will keep it a hundred and more with you. It wouldn't benefit you to lie about seeing the sun at night. It wouldn't benefit you to promise the ocean when you are aquaphobic. A wingless bird would do nothing but walk on the ground, your lies can't help a drowning man. Keep your tongue where it should be, you don't have to lie, brag, or talk about walking on a rainbow. Keep it a buck when the sun is transparent. Let your reputation stand rooted like the mountains.

    Just because I let you speak first or for me doesn't make you the boss of me. Lower your tone when you speak to me. Waves ride over each other, don't let success go to your head. Don't let your stars lie to you, you can't pull the sun just because you shine too.

    First post of 2021. A short reflection on pride & relationship. Change is inevitable, I don't expect you to remain the same. Calm your ego. Don't walk around with your ass on your chest. Be humble.

    Left my heart in mist;
    heard a thousand screams from a
    thousand miles away

    Meaning of this Haiku:

    Those things (or people or situations) that hurt or scare us in the past will try to hurt or scare us in the present moment. If this happens to you at any time, remind yourself that everything in the past stays in the past. Don't bring hurtful memories into the present moment. As butterflies hatch from their cocoon, live aesthetically too.

    Teach yourself to glow when your skin begins to fade.

    An excerpt from a bigger piece. This is an inspiring and thought-provoking poem (it has a deeper meaning):

    Skin—the outer layer of your body (literally), or skin, as in clothes or accessories (figuratively)—is anything that covers or protects you or your body. So, when your skin or fashionable pieces begin to fade, don't cower in fear. Don't reduce the confidence in your voice, posture, or appearance. Whatever wave that hits will leave as it came and you will shine again. Keep your head towards the sun and let your soul glow from within.

    Be real

    Show us blooming flowers after the rain.
    Show us the sun behind the cloud.
    Single rainbow or double, be you.
    Be real. Show the world that you're real and changing.
