    Where are those summer days
Of carefree ways driving down life's highway

    Where mistakes and victory's mix
With laughter and tears, nature's fix

    Where are those youthful days
Where I ran and ran with abandon plays

    Where everything was brand new
And when I thought i already knew

Replaced with old lady winter days
That chased all my beauty clean away

Knowing my inner beauty is eternal
    I earned knowledge, every kernal

Though winter can be bitter cold
I leave foot prints and snow angels bold

In the beauty of my memory
    I relive the wondrous sensory
