    What is it like for you?

    Go to a cold room in a tank tops and shorts no blankets no jackets. No music or noise.
    Just you then think of every bad thing you thought of you and someone else has said to you. Then try not to cry and to smile.
    And tell everyone your "fine"or "I'm ok".
    Then go sleep and do that everyday with out someone by your side to help you with it all
