The mind's defense mechanism is anger.
Itprevents our bodies from feeling the pain caused by past and present events.
Courage is when we have the insight and fortitude to feel such pain by sitting in it for as long as takes, then, letting it go.
As if we are a hologram.
Visualizing the pain entering us, then, when we are ready, letting it exit us and waving it goodbye.
Once this occurs, our anger will dissipate and we shall begin to heal and move forward, enlightened.
Wiser, stronger, and even more beautiful than before.
