I found myself between the fire and water,
Whether to quench the ignition
or to drown in sorrow.
I found myself between the silence and scream,
Whether to wrap my body in a cocoon of blankets
or to plunge my dagger against my foes.
I found myself between the earthqauakes and storms,
Whether to collapse the empire of my thoughts
or to continue sailing my boat despite of the tremendous wind.
I didn't lose myself yet it rather lead me to find my way back home.
Now, I found myself holding pen and paper,
Between the rhythmic lines and rhyming schemes
Thanks to the in-betweens
They brought me to my so-called shelter.
