DISTANCING

I'm a strom and a calm that proceeds both
howling wind and still air in-between,
Seeing the clouds rolling in with a force
to knock me down and pick me up again...

Now its time to slowly distancing
myself from cruel humans of this land,
A shower that wash off the day
Make the room dark where I lie down
with my eyes closed.

I got to know the silence and noticing
to hear still beating, still fighting,
I made it, after all; I made it, another day;
And I can make it one more
"You're doing just fine" says my heart...
