    Days Don't Last

    These days don't last,
    Hours becomes lost,
    Green becomes brown,
    Warmth becomes frost,
    Shadows and light,
    Darkness and sun,
    Seasons are treadmills,
Upon which all of us run,
    This life won't last,
    It was made to decay,
    Age just takes over,
Then you're returned to the clay,
    Spinning in silence,
    All the planets align,
    Then concede to the chaos,
    Of infinitesimal time.
