LIGHTHOUSE AT MY SEA
I stood at the shore, searching for the sun
It's light to cover my gloomy, dark sky.
The breeze calling the waves in whispers
To listen to the clouds' raging cry.
The waves pulled me in with every tide
I went under , deep into the blinding white
Cut loose from the fear and the terror
I felt peaceful that one lonely night.
I heard my name calling me back
The voice belonged to the Little Boy.
'Comeup and tell me your pain
I will listen to you, silently, patiently
While you unburden like a heavy cloud's rain.'
My body surfaced the waters, giving life a chance
To breathe,to feel,to feel happy.
