    Note to self:

    When disturbed, sleep.
Don't keep wake like an owl,
and write like the crows cawing.

    (But I love the crows.
    I find the cawing,
    strangely soothing)

    I think poems are prayers
and I am careful with them.

The poem that got written tonight
I don't think, came from my soft heart.

I'll show it to none, but the one,
who brings to my altar, his bright head.

    "Here, listen to this."
    I'll sing it sweetly,
    and say,
    "Now, pray leave",

    Lest poems turn into prayers,
    And prayers, into prophecies.
