A lot of us believe that to be strong for someone or even for themselves they must not cry. Is it really that way?
No, I don't think so. It is okay to cry. Crying with someone who feels the same emotions as you at that minute will make you realise you are not the only one going through it, there is someone else too. It makes you feel better.
So cry if you feel like crying. After all there is only so much any one strong can take.
