    When things get bad how do you pull yourself out?

    Not the type of bad that makes you feel like crap and you feel unmotivated,
    But the type of bad that makes you feel like the days have meshed together, everything drains you and you just feel empty

    No matter how much you try to keep a positive mind

    Sometimes you can pull yourself out
    Sometimes we get lucky and figure it out

    Other times you just keep spiraling,
    Saying “oh I’ll do better tomorrow”
    But, sometimes tomorrow is worse.

    How do you stop it?
    How do you just pull yourself out when things are so bad that you feel completely lost and nothing seems to work, and I mean nothing.
    Who do you go to?
    What if you can’t go to therapy?
    What if you can’t get professional help?
    What if nobody can help you and you can’t figure out how to help yourself?
