    Obesity & tips to reduce

    Your body is what your mind thinks . Your fat is just a storage what you don't need.... So here are some tips to reduce obesity...
    1) drink plenty of water
    2) be disciplined
    3)wake up early
    4)go for a walk , run & jog
    5)eat healthy food but don't sleep immediately after eating
    7)be positive
    8)sleep adequately...

    Obesity is not a problem, trust me...let exercise be your part of life ....stay happy & optimistic... Everything will be onto your grips...
