Wrapping Around

The cedar hollow
Wrapping around
Within and without
Roots loving the Earth

Piney tomb
Sought out the breath
The wavery scent
Seeing, smelt

The roots wrapping
Entrapping
For security, clasping
Making sure of the footing

Stone in the wilderness
Tree pushed aside
To move one another
Rubble in wind

Dirt in the air
