Go out and take a fresh air. Have a refreshment. And try purifying your inner soul by having tea, coffee or any beverage. May be it overcome stress level. Lastly! don't put your nose into any neighborhood matters let it be your own friend, boyfriend, girlfriend, family issues. And love to be selfish in these matters. Your health your wealth!
