You showed me

You make me smile, you make me laugh, you bring the sunshine when I never thought I'd get out of the rain. you took me out of the dark and gave me strength, you lifted me up after I was always brought down, you showed me intimacy and connection, you showed me I don't have to worry about the little things, you showed me just to let go and have fun once in a while you, showed me truth and lies and brought me down a couple times but we got back up and that's all that matters. You showed me never to give up. And I'll show you that I won't.
