My Moon

O dear moon can you listen to my heart
That beats faster as you move around
Trying to pull me with your tidal force
Destroying those little huts in the course.

O dear moon show your different phases
And let me praise the whole night of changes
Sipping from your celestial cup
Let me quench this uncanny thirst.

O dear moon please stay in sight
So that this night won't bleed sunlight
And let my heart beat twelve times more
Cause without you my life's pretty sore.
