    Make the habit of self-assurance, rather than seeking it from others. I know it's really difficult to deal with your anxiety sometimes, but no one can make us feel secure enough if we couldn't able to convince that to ourselves.
    Say the sentences to yourself in your mind like:
    I got you.
    You can handle this.
    Everything gonna be fine, eventually.
    You are strong enough to survive any situation.
    You are allowed to make mistakes, it's okay you are a human not a robot.
    You are learning and improving.
    You need to trust yourself a bit more.
    You are doing and giving your best and that is what matters.
