Torn Pages from My Diary
I read a memory from my diary
I had written it when we were together
But nothing as 'WE' lasts between us anymore
I think I should have been more clever.
I read it once again and then crushed it
I thought it could be escaped
And then one adjoining page comes out
And my thoughts were perfectly shaped.
It read about the times you left me
And I folded the pages to planes
They soared, then hit a bonfire
The tthughts they held were burned in vain.
This ends many things here
No memorial, no memories, no enquiry
The shattered relationship is now seen only in
The torn pages from my diary.
