Its hard to talk about it. The idea of being judged sucks. Most of the time we try to avoid the idea of being sick and drained emotionally & mentally. We avoid the conversations about it thinking no one will understand.
What we need to understand is its okay to talk about it. Its okay to express what you feel, how is life treating you. There will be days when you don’t feel like talking to anyone, you don’t want to take bath, get ready or even eat. All you do is just lie down, scroll through social media and feel more depressed about life.
There is no certain reason to feel low you just feel exhausted to even cry it out. I will be honest, it is your struggle at the end of the day and may be people around will try to comfort you, try to talk to you about it and help you out. But unless you get off that feeling, nothing will help.
I will say stay the way you want to, do what you want. You don’t want to speak up then don’t, you want to let go of it, do that. Do what your heart says. One fine day you will understand this feeling is not worth spending time on. You will understand how valuable this time is and it’s never to late to get through it and recover. Understand, this is your journey. It is your choice to lead the way you want to.
