    Continue the journey with peace and clarity...give more time one day at a time... Push your self if you feel stagnant to the next phase...change your emotion and perspective...drop those things that need to let go ..it's a process...so it's okay to take it slowly..rest if you're burn out..
    Cry if you want...if you feel depress..let it be ..but don't give up..the truth is our best enemy is our thoughts... there is nothing wrong to get angry too but don't let it control your mind and your day..forgiveness is still the best move..we're only pilgrims in this journey...
